“Technology Development Plan of Pioneer Solar Energy Application” is awarded by the Energy Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. It is focused on the bottlenecks of solar energy promotion (high cost, lack of economic factors, ruining of scenery) to proceed with the research and development of the pioneer solar energy application. It included new type solar heater, (one-piece solar heater, mid-temperature solar collector ) independent type solar power generation application system, (mobile refrigerator, high illumination LED lighting ) and solar cooling and heating technology. It also worked together with the industry to develop the products that satisfied the market demand and support the government to promote the application of solar energy.
